Chromatography is the separation of mixtures into their constituents by preferentialadsorption by a solid, as a column of silica (column chromatography)or a strip of filter paper (paper chromatography) or by a gel. When done their is four points of colors in the paper put into a mixture and the 4 points should rise not fulling the paper but enogh to see the difference between their starting point to their ending position.
